Technological progress is transforming our economies and society.

We want to ensure that women and girls play a leading role in shaping the future. There is an urgent need to create gender-inclusive technology and promote women’s participation in education, workforce, entrepreneurship, leadership, and, ultimately, digitalisation. Technology offers a huge potential to overcome gender inequalities. Girls and women all over the world can be empowered by making best use of technology.

Why do we care?

Entrepreneurship can be a force for good. Impact ventures are making a huge difference by pioneering new ways to tackle societal challenges.

Equality and diversity are key factors for venture success. We prioritize female empowerment.

We enable our ventures to grow their impact to its fullest potential.

By actively managing the impact venture pipeline through capacity building and ecosystem work, we decrease time to impact and time to financial sustainability. Because we focus on investment readiness, we attract further investment and maximize the effect of the FLANE accelerator.
