F-LANE is the first accelerator for social tech ventures for and by women in Europe. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive programme that facilitates women’s engagement in tech entrepreneurship. To face this discrepancy, we want to address the obstacles and challenges women face and explore which structural changes are necessary in order to promote women’s participation. For that purpose we are combining the graduation of our first class of impact-driven female entrepreneurs with a high-level thought-leadership event on “Women in Tech”.
