Specifically, your data may be processed as follows:

  • a.) Use of the Website for purely informational purposes

When using our Website for purely informational purposes, you generally do not need to provide us with any information. We collect and use only that data which is transmitted to us automatically through your browser, such as

In that case, we would erase you data as soon as the relevant retention periods expire.

  1. Data transfer to third parties, transfer to third countries

Data will only be transferred to third parties if you have given your express prior consent thereto or if we are entitled or obliged to do so by statute or contract or if we are obliged to do so by judicial or administrative order. It may be necessary to transfer data if we commission companies, such as technical service providers, with the execution of corresponding services. In such case, data protection agreements are in place to justify such transfer.

As a rule, your data will not be transferred to any third country outside the European Union or the European Economic Area or to any international organisation. If in the exceptional case such a transfer does take place, it will be solely in accordance with legal requirements, particularly in terms of the existence of an adequacy decision by the EU Commission or applying appropriate or suitable safeguards. The latter are available from our data protection officer.
