Cilia C. Kanellopoulos is Head of Social Business at the Vodafone Institute. Her role includes developing various programmes and events for the Institute, supporting the management in strategic questions as well as forging partnerships with various stakeholders. In her work, she puts a particular focus on how digital technologies can transform industries, impact governments and societies as well as empower people. Previously, she held the position of Manager Public Affairs at Vodafone Germany, where she worked on policy issues ranging from smart cities and connected driving to big data, 5G and the internet of things. Cilia read political science at the Freie Universität Berlin as well as International Relations and Development at the University of Sussex.
